Maximum training intensity 80 to 90 % (Tip 3)

Should we work hard, pushing ourselves to our limits when we are practicing Animal Flow (or any other fitness program)?
Should we follow ideas such as ‘No pain, no gain!’ and ‘Dream hard, work hard’ to get the best benefits?

In this video, I’m going to give you my opinion, from years and years of experience, of what works for me and my clients, and also give you some practical solutions that you can use any time.
