What should we do to keep healthier: exercise or movement? (Intro)

We all know that being physically active when we get older is crucial to having a healthy life.

In this intro video, I explain the diferences between exercise (formal physical activity) and movement (informal physical activity) and how important each of them is to our general physical health.

In the next videos in this playlist, I’ll share some video examples with you about how can we easily increase our daily movements without the need to increase exercise.
